Jaamni 5 Year Warranty Policy- Effective Date: 22 May 2026
Jaamni offers a 5 year warranty against tarnishing or plating discoloration on all demi-fine jewellery pieces, providing lasting confidence in quality and everyday wear.
Warranty Resolution & Jaamni Wallet

| 0–6 months | 40% of product’s invoice value as store credit in Jaamni Wallet (valid for 3 months) |
| 7–12 months | 25% of product’s invoice value as store credit in Jaamni Wallet (valid for 3 months) |
| Beyond 12 months up to 5 years | 15% of product’s invoice value as store credit in Jaamni Wallet (valid for 3 months) |
Jaamni Wallet can be used online and is not refundable or transferable. Applicable per product, once during warranty period.
Warranty Conditions
* The product must be in proper physical condition
* Warranty is valid only for tarnishing, not for any other issues
What’s Not Covered
* Accidental damage, breakage, bending, scratches or forceful impact
* Natural or regular wear and tear over time
* Surface scratches, fading due to improper care
* Loss of chain, beads, stones, or damage due to impact
* Product repairs, alterations, or modifications done by the customer
* Locks, extensions, and functional components are not covered under warranty.
Tarnishing or damage caused by:
* Perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, chemicals, or cleaning agents
* Improper storage, rough handling, or misuse

* Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)

* Repairs or modifications by customer
Usage Guidelines
* Avoid water, perfumes, and chemicals
* Store in a dry, airtight space
* Remove before showering, swimming, or workouts
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
* Warranty can be claimed only once per product.
* For orders containing multiple products, all affected items must be submitted together in a single claim request. Subsequent warranty claims for the same order will not be eligible under the 5 year warranty policy.
* Credit issued under warranty cannot be reissued, extended, refunded, or transferred.
* Warranty claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Jaamni team.
* JAAMNI reserves the right to reject suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive claims.
How to Raise a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
1. Take clear photographs of the affected product showing the tarnishing or plating discoloration.
2. Email us at:
support@jaamni.com
3. Submit the following details:
* Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
* Description of the issue
* Clear photo evidence of the affected product
4. Once your claim is reviewed and approved by the Jaamni team, please self-ship the product to the address below:

5. After shipping the product, share the courier details and AWB/tracking number in the same email thread for verification and processing.
Note- Shipping charges for warranty claims must be borne by the customer.
Policy Rights
Jaamni reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw this warranty policy at any time without prior notice, while ensuring fairness and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
