Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • To qualify for a return or exchange due to product damage, providing an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the seal to the end, without any cuts, edits, or filters.

  • Requests without a valid video proof will be declined immediately.

  • Products damaged after delivery or due to mishandling at your end are not eligible for return or refund.

Condition of Returned Products

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All original packaging, including jewelry boxes and accessories, must be returned along with the product.

  • Items missing original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the same bank account or payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for returns unless received in damaged condition (with proof as stated above).
