Refund & Exchange Policy
At Jaamni, we want you to love your purchase. Every piece is crafted and delivered with care. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us. If there is any issue with your order, please review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
We accept returns or replacements only for products that are:
* Incorrectly delivered
* Damaged upon delivery
* Missing from the package
Returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or dislike of the product are not accepted. As jewellery comes in direct contact with the skin, this policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety.
We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
1. Claim Timeline
For incorrect, damaged, or missing products, claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange due to damage, missing items, or incorrect products, an unboxing video may be required for verification.
Please ensure:
* The video is clear, uncut, and unedited
* Recording begins before opening the outer package
* The package remains clearly visible throughout the video
Products damaged after delivery or due to mishandling at the customer’s end are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Jaamni reserves the right to request additional proof or evidence before approving any claim.
3. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
* The product must be unused and in its original condition
* Original packaging, jewellery boxes, tags, and accessories must be returned along with the product
* Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing packaging may not be accepted
4. Video Authenticity & Fraud Prevention
All submitted videos and supporting evidence are manually reviewed by our backend team to verify claim authenticity.
Any attempt to manipulate or fake an unboxing video, including repacking, resealing, staging, editing, or presenting a previously opened package as new, may result in claim rejection and restriction from future support or warranty services.
Only original, uncut, and unedited videos are accepted.
5. Exchange Guidelines
Returned products will undergo a quality inspection before approval.
We accept exchanges only for:
* Manufacturing defects
* Incorrect products received
* Products damaged during transit
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Jaamni may issue a refund or store credit at its discretion.
6. Refunds & Credits
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, wallet credit, or another approved method.
Note: Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
7. Promotional & Offer Products
Products purchased under promotional offers, including Buy 1 Get 2, combo offers, sale items, or free gifts, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless received in damaged or incorrect condition.
For such claims, valid proof and supporting evidence may be required.

8. Rejections Upon Delivery
If an order is rejected, refused, or not accepted at the time of delivery, including failure to respond to courier communication or delivery attempts, a reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
Customers may also opt for reshipment by paying a reshipping fee of ₹150.
The reverse shipping or reshipping fee may be waived only if:
* No genuine delivery attempt was made by the courier partner, and
* The issue is reported within 3 working days from the last delivery attempt shown on the tracking portal
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders once processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
10. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, partial advance payments may be non-refundable in cases of unjustified order refusal or rejection at delivery.
11. Shipping Responsibility
All shipping costs associated with approved returns or exchanges will be borne by Jaamni.
12. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for returns unless received in damaged or incorrect condition with valid supporting proof.
