Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually packed and handed over to the courier partner within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
After dispatch, deliveries typically take 3 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location and pin code. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Failed Delivery & RTO Policy
Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address and respond to courier partner calls/messages for smooth delivery.
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If a customer remains unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address resulting in Return to Origin (RTO), the order may be cancelled automatically.
In such cases, applicable forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the prepaid amount before processing any eligible refund or exchange.
For repeated failed deliveries or multiple RTO orders, future orders may be accepted only on prepaid basis.
Additionally, certain orders may require partial or full prepaid confirmation before dispatch.
